Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Decayly. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@decayly.co.uk.
What Decayly is
Decayly monitors the sites you connect and highlights potential content decay — pages that appear to be losing search clicks, impressions, or rankings — along with a diagnosis and email alerts. It is an analytics and alerting tool.
What Decayly is not
Decayly does not guarantee SEO recovery, ranking improvements, or any traffic outcome. Search performance can change for reasons entirely outside Decayly's control — algorithm updates, seasonality, competitors, and changes to your own site. You are responsible for your own content and website decisions: Decayly informs; you decide.
Your account and acceptable use
Only connect Search Console properties you are authorised to access. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. Don't abuse, probe, or disrupt the service.
Plans and billing
Billing is handled through Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Plan limits (number of sites, monitored pages per site) apply as described on the pricing page. If your account exceeds its plan limits — for example after a downgrade — sites beyond the limit are paused, not deleted, and can be reactivated by upgrading.
Availability and changes
Decayly is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may improve or change features over time.
Account deletion
Account and data deletion is currently handled by contact request — email hello@decayly.co.uk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
